1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GeekyPrompts, including geekyprompts.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

GeekyPrompts is a library of text prompts intended for use with third-party generative-AI tools. Visitors can browse, search, and copy publicly available prompts. Optional accounts support additional website interactions. The Service does not itself guarantee or control results generated by third-party AI tools.

Some content may be free and supported by advertising. We may offer Premium Monthly and Premium Lifetime access as described on the Pricing page. Purchases, when available, are also governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
• You may register using an email address and password or supported Google or Facebook sign-in.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or security threats.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or administrative areas.
• Disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract content without prior written permission, except for ordinary search-engine indexing that respects our robots directives.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. Intellectual Property and Prompt Use

The GeekyPrompts name, logo, website design, organization, editorial content, and compilation are owned by GeekyPrompts or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Publicly available prompts may be used as a starting point for personal or commercial AI generations, subject to these Terms, our AI Content Policy, third-party rights, and the rules of the AI provider you use.

You may not reproduce or redistribute the website, its database, branding, or substantial collections of content as a competing service without written permission.

6. Third-Party AI Tools

GeekyPrompts does not operate or control the AI tools where you use prompts. Outputs are non-deterministic and may differ from previews or expectations. You are responsible for the tool you select, its terms, your generated output, and determining whether your intended use is lawful.

7. Paid Access

If you purchase paid access, you agree to provide accurate billing information and pay the displayed charges and applicable taxes. Premium Monthly may renew monthly until cancelled. Premium Lifetime is intended as a single payment with no recurring renewal. Features and benefits are described at the time of purchase.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, a particular AI result, or that generated outputs will be free of third-party rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeekyPrompts and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from the Service or third-party AI tools. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this limitation may not apply to you.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, fraud, abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or harm to the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by emailing us.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules in your place of residence remain unaffected where they cannot legally be waived. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date will be revised, and additional notice will be provided where required. Continued use after an update takes effect means the updated Terms apply to future use.
