Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies when paid GeekyPrompts plans become available for purchase. GeekyPrompts provides digital access that may be activated immediately after successful payment.

1. Premium Monthly

Premium Monthly is billed monthly and may automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel future renewal at any time through the account or billing controls made available with the purchase, or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Cancelling does not ordinarily refund the current billing period.

2. Premium Lifetime

Premium Lifetime is a one-time digital purchase with no recurring billing or automatic renewal. Access is intended to be activated after successful payment. Because the digital benefits become available promptly, the purchase is generally non-refundable after activation except where required by law or under the exceptions below.

3. Refund Exceptions

Contact us within seven days of the transaction if you were charged more than once, charged an incorrect amount, or did not receive the purchased access because of a verified technical issue. We will investigate and correct the issue, which may include a refund where appropriate.

4. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution and commonly takes five to ten business days after approval.

5. Abuse and Chargebacks

We may deny requests involving fraud, abuse, repeated refund activity, or material use of digital benefits before the request, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate.

6. Changes and Applicable Law

This policy is interpreted under applicable consumer-protection and contract laws. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. We may update the policy for future purchases, with the revised date shown above.
