This policy explains the nature and permitted use of prompts and AI-generated preview content displayed on geekyprompts.com and official GeekyPrompts social channels (the "Platform").
1. Nature of the Content
GeekyPrompts is a resource for generative-AI prompts. Preview images displayed with prompts are created using generative AI unless expressly stated otherwise. They are creative examples and should not be treated as documentary evidence of actual people, locations, products, or events.
Outputs may be created using large language models, diffusion models, or other generative systems from third-party providers. The specific result generated from a prompt can vary by model, version, settings, seed, and subsequent edits.
2. Editing and Presentation
Preview images may be cropped, resized, compressed, color-adjusted, upscaled, or otherwise edited for presentation quality and website performance. These edits do not change the underlying disclosure that the previews are AI-generated.
GeekyPrompts does not encourage removing provenance metadata or technical authenticity credentials. Uploading, resizing, or processing files may nevertheless affect metadata depending on the software and services involved.
3. Prompt Usage
You may use publicly available text prompts from GeekyPrompts as a starting point for personal or commercial generations, subject to these policies, our Terms & Conditions, and the terms of the third-party AI service you use. This permission is non-exclusive and does not transfer ownership of the GeekyPrompts website, brand, compilation, or original editorial presentation.
4. Third-Party Rights
Generative systems can produce unexpected similarities, trademarks, characters, faces, or other protected material. We do not guarantee that generated output is free from third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing your output and determining whether your intended use is lawful, appropriately licensed, and consistent with the AI provider's terms.
5. Results and Liability
Generative AI is non-deterministic. GeekyPrompts does not guarantee that a prompt will reproduce a preview image or produce a specific result. Prompts and examples are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.
